THE ART OF ASSISTING AGING PARENTS
Author: Teresa Moerer
The Art of Assisting Aging Parents is designed to teach caregivers how to help their parents age successfully by using a proactive aging process.
You will learn about healthy lifestyle tools, educational theories, and the benefits of group interactions. The next step is to apply the techniques and tools to a four-step method with your parents and turn daily activities and healthy living strategies into meaningful and affective experiences.
These experiences enhance the health of the body, mind, and spirit, bringing them to their highest level of function. The result is a successful aging experience for your parents with fewer demands on the caregivers.
