Diane Kann was born in Celoron, New York and grew up on a farm in Centralia, New York. The entire family was active in the 4H program and fundraising and assistance for people in need throughout her youth and adult life.
She and her husband have nine children, including four by adoption, all homeschooled through high school. The family lives on a small farm in Christmas, Florida and continues to provide help to others, personally and through the church.
An avid reader and writer, Diane designs websites and enjoys blogging and content writing. Although she focuses on nonfiction, she also enjoys science fiction and writing for children and young adults.
Diane believes that God gave us each talents to use to help others and make our world a better place. Therefore, she has continued the tradition of helping others that her parents mentored, including decades as a volunteer with the 4H, homeschooling, and church communities. Also, her natural abilities with and love for animals allowed her to provide dog training help for individuals and retrained rescues.
