FINAL SANCTUARY

Author: Hope Bates

In 2055 Earth’s most plentiful resource is toxic. Sovereigns hold what is left of mankind inside their colossal walls surrounding the last fresh water aquifers. Inside these walls some use their power to oppress the less fortunate while turning them against each other. Only the healthy make it into service, the only chance at a better life for them and their families.

Seventeen-year-old Brielle has grown up in the harsh streets of the impoverished Lower Quad in Corain, a sovereign divided into two classes-The Elite and the Workers. An uprising leaves Brielle stuck in a foreign land in search of her mother-who’s gone missing, fighting for a freedom she’s never known as she finds out who the enemy really is.
