Kerry Ahrend

Kerry Ahrend, M.S., PMP is an author, speaker, trainer, and career coach. She has travelled extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and internationally delivering training and performance improvement interventions to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits, and small entrepreneurial companies in the best practices of project management, leadership development, team building, communications, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and business process analysis. For over 20 years Kerry has worked with individuals and organizations to increase skills and competencies and help them meet their challenges with confidence.

Additionally, for the past 10+ years she has worked with those in transition to help them navigate the job search process using best practices and lessons learned to find employment that is more meaningful and engaging. She works with professionals and those in transition to assess their skills, strengths, core competencies, and other essential information to help map out a strategy to achieve their career goals. Her soon to be released book is entitled Project Career Quest: Navigating the Journey to New Opportunities Waiting.

Kerry has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Training and Development; a Master's certificate in Project Management from George Washington University; a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; and is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team focusing on leadership development and personal growth.
